Fried Chicken southern style

First you need a deep frying pan.

1.    vegetable oil about half way up so as not spill over when you put in the chicken.
2.     One whole chicken cut up or more depends on how much your cooking
3.     Salt to taste
4.     Pepper to taste
5.     Flour two cups or more
6.     Garlic powder
7.      Paprika 2Tbls
8.      Onion one or 2 whole large cut into 8's then broken up

Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic. add paprika to flour mix well now flour chicken and set aside.
Put oil in frying pan and heat to 350, now add all the onions to oil let cook for two minutes then add the chicken and cook until golden brown, then place on paper towels. spoon out onions and disgard save oil.

P.S if you flour the checken the day before it comes out even better

Mother's Day

I lost my mom in october of 1999 and for year's this day was not the same, because for year's I was down on this day even her birthday. I miss my mom so much but it came to me that God needed my mother more then me. Yes my little one's will never get to meet her but i know she watches over them and calms them when there asleep. So to everyone who still's has there mother with them, love them because you never know when god need's them. Happy Mother's Day

Almost ten Years

9yrs 7months and 20day's after 9/11 we trap and killed Osama Bin Laden and got his body.We lost a lot of good Men and Women trying to find this man dead or alive and i am so damn glad he is dead.

So a moment of salience for all the family's in New York who lost someone special that went to work that day in the WTC Building 1 & 2
