Black Pepper Rib eye steak

this a real simple rub,
So lets do 4 8oz Steaks
Rinse the rib eye and pat dry, then rub each  with a teaspoon of olive oil all over
then season with garlic and onion powder and saz'on(by Goya)
Take a 3rd cup of black Pepper Corns and crush them(but not completely.
Place pepper corn on cutting board and spread out press rib eye's into pepper.
Sit Steaks on plate and cover until room temp.
Heat a cast iron frying pan or grill
Coat pan or grill with oil sear steak's for 3minutes on each side for medium rear, or longer if that's to much moo for you

Potatoes ball's (great for football)

6 medium potatoes boiled and cooled peeled and mashed (no lumps please)
6oz bacon bits(Oscar Mayer) or you fry 6oz of bacon and break up
1 extra large egg or two reg eggs
1 med size sour cream
6oz of Cheddar cheese shredded
Panko bread crumbs plain
Salt and Pepper as needed
1 half cup of milk
3 green onions( all of it chopped fine)
1 half cup of flour plus 3 tlbs
so just like making mashed potatoes, add potatoes ,bacon, cheese,3tlbs flour two eggs, salt and pepper.
if the mixture is too loose add more flour it needs to firm to roll into a ball.
get three bowls one for flour, one for panko bread crumbs, one for milk.
set up should be flour then milk then panko.
OK make your balls dip in flour then milk then coat well in bread crumb's and deep fry until Golden brown
while thats cooking take sour cream put in bowl add green onions and enjoy

fried chicken, (yes another one) Wings

3lbs whole wings, washed and patted dry sit to the side

 2 cups of flour
1brown paper bag
4tbls of garlic powder half for flour half for chicken
4tbls of onion powder    "   "     "      "     "    
4 black pepper               "    "    "      "      "
2tbls Adobo (red top)(goya)
2 packets of Sazon (con culantro y achiote)


1. Season chicken with half of the seasoning and flour with the rest
2. heat oil to 350 degrees
fry until golden brown
